1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with your carrier and tracking number.


2. Packaging & Protection

  • Every card is shipped safely and securely to ensure it arrives in the same condition as listed.

    • Raw cards are placed in penny sleeves, top loaders, and team bags.

    • Graded cards (PSA, BGS, SGC, etc.) are shipped in protective sleeves and bubble wrap.

    • Multiple-card orders are packaged with extra care and secured inside padded mailers or boxes.

  • All orders include rigid mailers or padded envelopes to prevent bending or damage.


3. Shipping Rates & Options

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

  • Available options may include:

    • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground Advantage) – typically 3–5 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority / UPS / FedEx) – typically 1–3 business days.


4. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • We primarily ship via USPS for reliability and tracking.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days from shipment date.

  • Tracking information is provided with every order.


5. International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs processing.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once an order is shipped and tracking is provided, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item. We’ll work to resolve the issue quickly.

  • Shipping insurance or signature confirmation is available upon request for higher-value items.


7. Local Pickup (Optional)
